REFUND POLICY
Eligibility:
Customers are eligible for a refund within 2 days of the purchase date.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any seals intact.
Digital products are only eligible for a refund if they are deemed defective or unusable.
Refund Process:

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Once approved, follow the instructions provided to return the product(s) to our specified address.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions:
Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment.
We will either replace the product(s) or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full if the request is made before the order is shipped.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds will only be issued for unused portions of the subscription term.
